1. Acceptance of Terms and Eligibility
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", or "your") and DomiLabs, which operates Dilsever ("Dilsever", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of the Dilsever website, web applications, study tools, curriculum, and associated services (collectively, the "Services"). By creating an account, accessing, or using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Services.
You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to agree to these Terms and purchase a subscription. If you are between the ages of 13 and 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
2. Description of Services
Dilsever is a specialized digital platform designed for learning Turkish. The Services include, but are not limited to, a vocabulary library banded to CEFR levels, the interactive Suffix Lab, Conjugation Lab drills, SM-2 spaced repetition practice, pre-rendered neural audio pronunciations, a Grammar Lab, and AI-assisted conversational tutoring.
Curriculum coverage available today is CEFR A1 and A2. Higher levels are in preparation and are not part of what is offered at the time these Terms take effect. Dilsever aligns its own material to the CEFR framework; it is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or certified by the Council of Europe, any examination body, or any textbook publisher, and completing Dilsever material confers no certificate or qualification.
We continuously develop, improve, and update our platform. We reserve the right to modify, update, enhance, or temporarily suspend specific features, exercises, or content libraries at any time to improve educational efficacy or technical performance.
3. User Accounts and Account Security
To access personalized study progress, custom decks, and subscription features, you must register an account using a valid email address or authenticated Google account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to maintain the accuracy of your profile.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at hello@dilsever.com if you suspect unauthorized access, credential leakage, or any other breach of security.
Dilsever will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your login credentials.
4. Paid Subscriptions, Billing, and Renewals
Dilsever offers both free foundational access and premium paid subscription plans (including Pro Monthly and Pro Annual tiers).
The terms governing paid subscriptions are outlined below:
Billing Cycle and Automatic Renewal
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring periodic basis (monthly or annually) depending on the subscription plan you select at checkout. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel your subscription prior to the scheduled renewal date.
Payment Processing and Merchant of Record
Lemon Squeezy LLC acts as the Merchant of Record for all Dilsever purchases. This means Lemon Squeezy is the seller of record shown on your receipt, and is responsible for calculating, collecting, and remitting any applicable sales tax or VAT in your jurisdiction. Payment processing is PCI-DSS compliant, and Dilsever never receives your card details. By subscribing, you authorize Lemon Squeezy to charge the applicable subscription fees and taxes to your designated payment method, and you agree to Lemon Squeezy’s own purchase terms presented at checkout.
Price Adjustments
We reserve the right to adjust subscription pricing at our sole discretion. In the event of a price change, we will provide at least thirty (30) days advance notice via email or platform notification. Continued use of the Services after the effective date of a price change constitutes agreement to the updated price.
Free Trials and Promotional Offers
We may occasionally offer trial periods or promotional discounts. Unless cancelled before the trial conclusion, your account will convert to a paid subscription at the standard rate and bill your payment method on file.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
You have total control over your subscription and can cancel at any time without penalty.

How to Cancel Your Subscription
You can cancel your subscription renewal at any time through the customer billing portal, which is reachable from the management link in your invoice receipt and from your account Settings page. Cancelling takes no more steps than subscribing did. Upon cancellation, your paid subscription privileges remain active until the end of your current paid billing period, and no further renewal charges occur. If you cannot reach the billing portal for any reason, email hello@dilsever.com and we will cancel the renewal for you.
Refund Policy and Statutory EU/UK Withdrawal Rights
Except as explicitly provided by applicable law, payments are non-refundable and we do not provide partial refunds or credits for unused subscription periods.
For consumers residing in the European Union or United Kingdom: you have a statutory right to withdraw from a purchase within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason. Because a Dilsever subscription gives you immediate access to digital content, we will ask you at checkout to expressly consent to that immediate access and to acknowledge that doing so ends your right of withdrawal. That right is lost only if you give that consent and acknowledgement at checkout; it is not waived by these Terms alone. If you were not asked, your fourteen-day right stands and we will refund you in full on request.
If you believe an erroneous or duplicate charge occurred, please contact support at hello@dilsever.com within fourteen (14) days of the transaction for prompt review and resolution.
6. Intellectual Property and Proprietary Rights
Dilsever values intellectual property rights, both our own and those of our learners.
The ownership structure of content and software on Dilsever is defined below:
Dilsever Intellectual Property
All software code, visual designs, typography, brand marks, logos, curriculum structures, grammar explanations, morpheme decompositions, interactive drills, and pre-rendered audio recordings are the exclusive intellectual property of Dilsever and its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform strictly for personal, non-commercial language learning.
User-Generated Content and Notes
You retain full intellectual property ownership of the custom vocabulary flashcards, study notes, and personal annotations you create on Dilsever. You grant Dilsever a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to host, store, display, and synchronize your content across your devices solely to provide the Services to you.
AI Tutor Output Disclaimer
Explanations, example sentences, and conversational dialogue generated by the AI Tutor are produced by automated machine learning models. While designed to be linguistically accurate and helpful, AI outputs are provided as educational aids for reference only, and Dilsever makes no representations regarding the infallibility or legal suitability of AI-generated responses.
7. Acceptable Use and Prohibited Conduct
You agree to use Dilsever solely for lawful educational purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
- Automated Scraping and Extraction: Using robots, spiders, crawlers, scrapers, or other automated mechanisms to access, download, or index our curriculum, dictionary data, audio assets, or source code.
- Reverse Engineering: Decompiling, reverse engineering, disassembling, or attempting to discover the underlying source code or algorithms of the platform.
- Abuse and Security Circumvention: Interfering with or circumventing security mechanisms, rate limits, authentication protocols, or platform integrity.
- Commercial Exploitation: Reselling, sublicensing, leasing, or commercially exploiting Dilsever materials or accounts without prior written consent.
- Harmful Submissions: Submitting malicious code, automated prompts intended to exhaust resources, or defamatory, abusive, or offensive content to the AI Tutor.
8. Disclaimers and Warranties
The Services, curriculum content, audio recordings, and AI tutor features are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Dilsever does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, completely secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We do not guarantee specific educational milestones, CEFR certification passage, fluency levels, or examination outcomes.
9. Limitation of Liability and Indemnification
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Dilsever, its founders, directors, employees, or contractors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or study records, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Services.
In all circumstances, Dilsever’s total aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the greater of one hundred US dollars ($100) or the total amount paid by you to Dilsever in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to liability.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Dilsever from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Services. This obligation does not apply to consumers to the extent your national consumer law does not permit it.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for gross negligence or wilful misconduct. Nothing in these Terms affects your mandatory statutory rights as a consumer.
10. Termination and Account Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Services immediately, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent payment activity, or misuse our platform resources.
You may terminate your account at any time by ceasing use of the Services and requesting account deletion via our Contact page at /contact. Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Consumer protection is unaffected by any choice of law. If you are a consumer, you always keep the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of the country where you live, and you may always bring proceedings in the courts of that country. Nothing in this section removes that right.
In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy, we ask that you first attempt informal resolution by contacting us at hello@dilsever.com, and we will respond within thirty (30) days. This is a request, not a precondition: you are free to go directly to your competent court or consumer authority at any time. Consumers in the European Union may also use the European Commission Online Dispute Resolution platform.
